• After 7 Days: No refunds will be issued after the 7-day period or if more than 20% of course content has been accessed.
• Special Cases: Refund requests due to technical issues will be evaluated individually.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be granted in these circumstances:

• Course completion or certificate issuance
• Requests made after the 7-day window
• Downloaded course materials or accessed bonus content
• Discounted or promotional purchases (unless stated otherwise)
